How can we “expose porn as the enemy” to our children? What unique qualities and strengths do fathers bring to these conversations?
Today we are interviewing one of our most favorite dads in the movement to end exploitation: Forest Benedict. We loved chatting with Forest for so many reasons. He is not afraid to get REAL. He is passionate about protecting kids from pornography. He is also a licensed therapist. Join us as we glean bits of wisdom he has gathered through the years as a father, author, clinician, and also through his own recovery from sexual addiction.
Several years ago we came upon a beautiful gem written by Forest especially for parents: “A Father’s Letter to Porn.” Originally the letter was a blog post, and now it a chapter in his book, Life After Lust: Stories & Strategies for Sex & Pornography Addiction Recovery.
